Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy

This policy describes the terms for refunds, returns, and cancellations applicable to all services contracted through our website www.afdevs.com or in person.
2. No Refund Policy
Once the service has been contracted and work has begun, no refunds will be issued. By making payment for any of our services, you accept and acknowledge that:
- Technical services require the mobilization of specialized personnel, tools, and equipment to the work site.
- Diagnosis, planning, and coordination of the service begin immediately after payment confirmation.
- Materials and resources assigned to your request are dedicated exclusively to your project.
- No partial or total refunds will be granted once the service has started.
3. Cancellation Before Service Start
If you wish to cancel your request before our team has begun work, you must contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to case-by-case review and do not guarantee a refund, as coordination and personnel assignment costs are immediate.

4. Service Guarantee
Although we do not offer refunds, AF DEVS SRL commits to completing the contracted service according to agreed standards. If you are not satisfied with the work result, we commit to:
- Making necessary corrections at no additional cost within 7 days following service completion.
- Providing post-service technical support for 30 days for any issues related to the work performed.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
Before initiating any dispute with your banking entity, we ask that you contact us directly. Our team will work to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will be reported and contested with the corresponding documentation of the service provided.
6. Transaction Currency
All prices are expressed in United States Dollars (USD) plus ITBIS (18%). Since Azul processes charges in Dominican Pesos (DOP), the charge to your card will be in DOP at the prevailing exchange rate. If your card is international, your bank may apply a conversion rate according to its own policies.

Service Delivery Policy
1. Nature of Services
AF DEVS SRL provides technical installation, repair, configuration, and maintenance services for technological systems. Our services are delivered at the client's location (on-site) and do not involve shipping of physical products, except for the equipment and materials necessary for the execution of the contracted work.
2. Service Tiers & Response Times
Response time depends on the service tier selected at the time of contracting. All prices are expressed in United States Dollars (USD) plus ITBIS (18%). The charge to your card will be processed in Dominican Pesos (DOP) at the prevailing exchange rate.

3. Service Delivery Process
Once payment is confirmed, the service delivery process is as follows:
- 1. Confirmation — You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp confirming your request with the order number and service details.
- 2. Assignment — A specialized technician will be assigned to your case within the time corresponding to your service tier.
- 3. Contact — The technician will contact you to coordinate the visit and confirm the exact address.
- 4. Execution — The technician will arrive at the agreed location, perform the diagnosis, and execute the work.
- 5. Closure — Upon completion, you will receive a work report and a service completion receipt.
4. Coverage Area
Our services are available in the following areas of the Dominican Republic:
- Punta Cana and Bávaro
- Cap Cana
- La Romana and Casa de Campo
- Santo Domingo (limited availability)
For locations outside these areas, please contact us to confirm availability and possible additional travel costs.
5. Large-Scale Projects
For complete installation projects (home automation, security systems, network infrastructure), delivery times are established individually in the project proposal/quote. These projects include a detailed timeline that will be agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

Card Data Transmission Security Policy

AF DEVS SRL does not store, record, or retain the complete data of your credit or debit card. Card data (number, expiration date, security code) is transmitted directly to the Azul payment processor in encrypted form and is not stored on our servers at any time.

All transactions made through our site are protected with 3D Secure 2.0 technology, which includes the following security protocols:
